Refund & Shipping policy


Agreement: These terms are acknowledged during the checkout process.

Production Time:

  • Please read about our production time process here.

Shipping:

  • Orders (excluding hats) are typically shipped via USPS within 5-7 business days after order placement. Holiday season may require one or two extra days.
  • Free shipping uses First Class mail without a time guarantee. If you prefer insurance, please select Priority, which also does not guarantee a specific delivery time. Priority shipping is not production time priority.
  • Hats, due to high demand, have a longer production time and cannot qualify for 2-day rush production.
  • During the holiday season, and occasionally due to external factors like storms, shipping delays may occur. Please plan accordingly.

International Orders:

  • International orders may take 1-3 weeks for delivery. Customers are responsible for any customs/duty taxes.

Lost/Damaged Shipments:

  • Karla and Co. is not responsible for USPS failures or issues after the shipment leaves our warehouse.
  • Without insurance, we cannot replace lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. Customers can purchase insurance with Priority delivery.

Mockups:

  • Product images are mocks and may not precisely reflect graphic sizing or placement. Design and color may vary, and different screen settings can impact color representation.

Address Verification:

  • Please verify your shipping address, including PayPal addresses. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the purchaser's cost and are not eligible for a refund.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Karla & Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after 2 hours of order placement due to the made-to-order nature of items.
  • Contact us within 3 business days of confirmed order delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We cover replacements for damages caused by Karla and Co. reported within this time frame.

Damages:

  • For damages due to Karla and Co., reported within 3 days of delivery, we will cover a new item and shipping.
  • Damages caused by USPS without insurance cannot be replaced.
